Welcome aboard and what a great post to start with.

I cant see GGP having the money to buy more land so it would have to be tied in with a JV IMO.

In the last update they were looking at land close by I guess that would Qualify. They also said they were in negotiations with other parties.

The Uni land is in Pioneer and Apache territory and Pioneer are getting good results there.

So if this was the land they were talking about then its getting interesting.
