if this company win this case and some sort of injunction is established against IXC using the orphan drug for IIH... Seeya later revenues, seeya later any hope of acquisition.
This is a potentially horrific scenario for Invex.
SP will surely cave to reflect the uncertainty.
the company will be forced to make a statement to the ASX whether they like it or not.
