My perspective on this now is that we’re overestimating the impact on Invex.

Uni Birmingham is the main party in the firing line here. Universities have fantastic legal teams for this reason, and will make a very good defence.

If the claim is substantiated, for which, we have to side with Invex’s assessment of it being baseless, then they could get a % amount in royalties or a sum of money. This could be then recouped from the University.

Either way, the fact that a party is trying so hard to get a cut of the intellectual property tells you that there is something clearly compelling about the product that Invex will bring to market.

let’s focus on the bigger issue at play which is the FDA announcement which we are set to hear about next week.
