I will wait for the outcome of legal proceedings. There is a risk here that IXC will have no claim over the product.

Given the drug is Invexs whole reason for existing and there is a path to denying them any or all revenues and acquisition rights.... well try as you might, there is no way you or I can influence that risk despite how dogmatically you try to convince yourself.

There is no reason for the company to pursue me or anyone from HC. That should give anyone more concern as to the companies priorities than anything else!

A massive new risk has entered this play no matter how you try and look at it and convince yourself.

Good luck. Just be wary of the confirmation bias echo chamber I would say.
