    A less than ideal run from IXC with the FDA outcome. Hopefully they get the clarity they seek when they consult with the FDA. I am sure they will.

    And then they still have to deal with potentially losing the rights to the drug all together. That would be a real kick in the guts for investors.

    Let's hope this Exelogen issue goes away! It aint over yet though...
