Also this GMP closure of Aust Office shouldn't be so cavalier dismissed. Perhaps it "explains" Names Little and rat1973 "proposition" that once $4mil is raised from shareholders that GMP has no further underwriting obligation to contribute towards the $11mil target.

Also noted in james post that Drill Contractors COULD be paid by rights share issue instead of cash. This Could put them in the same position as Grafex ie capping/selling into any news momentum.

Avenge for example proceeds from this CR will NOT be used to start construction of the Mozambique JV with YX. That was always a 2019 "project". Proceeds this time are partly to be used to CONFIRM some arrangement with AMG/GK in Ancuabe and there is a Issue as to whether AMG/GK is "interested" in the YXGC offtake.

Anyhow tomorrow Rights result and any Shortfall figure to be announced. Hopefully GMP underwriting commitment clarified. Assume next week news of some shortfall takeup will be announced. yeah yeah there's some clause about 3 months etc whatever but imo that's just contingency if the rights completely flop ie raise $1/2 mil, gmp has some get out clause etc whatever.
