    My understanding after reading the guidelines is it's pretty "loose" only because it's a
    "first in class" so not comparable to any other current approved drug. Almost like the guidelines get made up along the way with a drug of this nature, obviously the tox is set in stone.....

    Anyone else for feed back on guidelines for first in class ?
