While it sounds vague why they halted they have made these sorts of statements in the past. I think we can rule out;
1. Cap raising (would state that)
2. Results from J50 (unless they have found an extra 30m of pay)
3. Company implosion

It's far more likely to be an aquisition as they mentioned this pretty blatantly in their release yesterday. Although I would question whether this was material and whether they had the money.

Bottom line is based on available info from their very regular releases, it doesn't point towards a negative. In the past 6 months not one of their releases has been negative. So why on the eve of their company maker would it be negative, doesn't stand up to logic. Fear says negative, but logic points to something far more promising.
