I agree that either clinical results or partnerships/licensing will attract media attention and the market will understand the significance.
The media and the market barely react to preclinical results, no matter how good or once-in-a-lifetime. They just say "so what, still a long time until the clinical".
Meanwhile I'm following Mason's advice, i e. "Patents, patients, patience".
