I went with AMP Capital fund last year as I liked their conservative gearing policy,
currently 15% and not allowed to exceed 25%.
however performance of the fund has been pretty mediocre over the past 1 - 5 yrs,
in the single digits, compared with double digit returns of some others.
from what I can see, Charter Hall Office and Industrial funds have the better property assets ?
or do you recommend others not on my list ?
