Let me give you a tip Patient, I've been a shareholder for over a decade of a formerly ASX listed company. Never received a single piece of information from them since they delisted, never once had an AGM that shareholders were invited to. They changed their business model without a vote and still remain an unlisted public company. What the rule book says and what is enforced are two different things. Don't get your hopes up here when they haven't informed shareholders of a single iota since delisting.
