Hi atco, I think this has already sent a very loud and clear message to the board. I work for a corporation where, if we get 25 complaints, it's generally assumed there are 250 customers affected, the rest just haven't called. I think, in this case, 5% is viewed enough for similar reasons, may be.
My question is, would a new BoD capable of applying pressure to RC to take a new direction on the company?. I see their intention is to keep RC, but unsure why they would do that...if it was up to me, he should be out the door too!
