and of course for in-house programs you can't forget PYCAG5 for TBI with extensive pre-clinical work carried out & very encouraging data from these trials not only did it signifcantly protect neural tissue & decrease the extent of inflammation but more excitingly it displayed signifcant axonal sprouting relative to neuronal loss which points to a degree of recovery as opposed to just preventing further damage. The company have previously stated that in mid 2011 they are in discussions with major pharmaceutical companies in realtion to PYCAG5 so i wouldn't be suprised at all if this is one the further advanced negotiations.
