That should really fire them up to do something about a shareprice that is now near vertical and drilling towards the earths core. On a more serious note despite all the blarney and bs they were calling for Three new deals by end of 2011, that then changed to eofy 2011/12 which was last june. That means that two remaining deals have had term sheets on the table for what must be over a year now. Surely whatever blarney they use it seems they are trying to get the client to sign, not vise versa. I was hoping clients would be beating the door down this long after the phylomer libraries were patented. Is there any time limit on the patents??
