    I think there are far more plausible reasons - give me one?

    If you think having two substantial CRs in the last year and did not execute the planned activity is not dishonesty, what is? It is very clear that they did not have enough money to set up the production plant but needed the money to float.

    also I don’t hold anymore - all sold at 0.056
