Needs to refi the debt facility with a much larger facility to cover this capex.
Another equity raise is a certainty, its only the size that is in question and that depends upon the size of the new facility. Given the time its taken to put this to bed - its still not done - one can only assume that whatever debt offers have been received arent particularly attractive.
