I don't think they will be able to raise enough to refinance...

    I don't think they will be able to raise enough to refinance both the current debt and the production start cost.

    Currently the debt is more than 30 million AUD and they need more than 10 million to start production - that is more than 40 million (in the case of MKR, they probably need another 10million for lifestyle, so maybe 50 million will be just enough)

    Either way, I don't think I have ever seen a company on earth that can raise 2x market cap in such situation.
