    not so long ago centro was priced for destruction and everyone thought it was gonna bust.

    It has survived the GFC and sits at around 12c now.

    If centro and vpg can recover IMO so will MDT with the benefit of rock bottom price now, upside will be quite rewarding WHEN it recovers (not sure when though).
