At some stage the share price should be rerated.
For me the positives are:
1 Dividend yield of close to 10%
2 The asset backing per share is around 30cents
3 Good insider ownership levels
4 Low net debt levels
5 Acquisition of stores provide an immediate positive profit contribution
6 Growth in loan book
7 Bad debt levels seem to be relatively low.
8 There is always the possibility of a takeover offer.
