Management buying shares for lunch money to appear to be onboard - all board are underweight on this - except th eChair - he has bought into a long term position ( not sure how much - but has long term commitment) as for the others - I feel its just window dressing to appease the market.
Why is a business like Kelly partners so loved by the market where on face value CUP is superior - Management ?
