That is the ulitmate point - at some point the money needs to flow to the sh'ers.
Indirectly we get this sometimes by capital gain, but at some point dividends need to flow. Granted, it won't be right now as they are in a growth phase, but maybe 2H 2005 or calendar 2006 would be nice.
One thing I do like about PSA is the variables and potential upside, very esp a cold snap of waether and what it would do to the share price. That is why I am continuing to hold.
