Can't work out why Paragon is performing so badly. Their revenue figures seem OK, they pay a modest dividend, have consolidated their amalgamation with Quantum, and are in the health sector which is surely a key growth market. i can only assume that their debt level, now that interest rates are rising, is likely to have a negative bearing on future results. Appreciate any other thoughts here. Thanks.
