Agree with you that currently small caps are in a hole and PGC has potential . They PGC seem to have taken awhile to organise themselves. Euroz Hartleys have a target Price of 50 cents. Need patience , if the company can do what is says , improve its metrics and expand in Asia. Good share price sentiment should follow , "growth and dividend "what could be better
