The problem with PGC is that they have created a rod for their own back by saying they are targeting $100m EBITDA and $1bn market cap in 3-5 years. This just screams heaps of M&A. That comes with risks and dilution, particularly with high debt and a low share price. Best they show discipline otherwise the share price will underperform.
