GPM confirmed my 25/11/2009 post today. I don't work for them but I do live across the road from the Freshwater Estate(320 lots), I watch,I talk to the supervisors and sales men, I listen very intently to them and then take an average view of whats happening.
Stage Six earthworks starts this week, Stage Five building just started.
This particular estate was bought in 2001 for 1.5M (140 acres), (under $5000 a lot) so it will be very profitable exercise.
How do I know what they paid you might, ask well they bought it at tender off my next door neighbour when no one wanted property after the tech bubble burst.
Today no one wants GPM, I hold a fair amount and would like to buy more but I'm too scared to sell my gold shares just yet.
