I can't believe there has been no postings on GPM for 3 months.
All is well, debt is down nicely (no more financing risks.
The Commercial Buildings are almost all sold and settling before the close of the financial year.
Housing is selling really well, cash is flowing in.!!!!

A opportunity to buy when no one cares.
$24M rolling into their bank account this month just from the Freshwater Estate at Berrinba (Brisbane)(59 Houses settling @ an average of $400,000. (23% + profit margin is their average)
Next stage of 43 houses, (Slabs this week), selling well with an increase in the "from" price to $399,000. (last stage was from $376,000).
This is one Estate from many and Victoria is going better than Queensland as well.
Soon their working capital should equal debt.
