CNP and CER seem to follow runs on announcements and the lead up to them.
The path down then goes on small volume as traders cash out or others take small profits to build on the next run up. Each time we get a run and a gap in announcements of any significance we get a slow and steady fall.
MY read on it, any other thoughts?
