Why would institutional investors (Blackwood, BW Equities, and Macquarie + Persues) be subscribing and wasting their money to underwrite option worth $10 MILLION if this wasn't "something" for them ?
Given the current price of MSR, I do not think investors/traders like us will be exercising our options (unless you are holding million units in option), hence, big boys will be taking it up instead.
The same question remains, why would there be purchasing and paying $10 MILLION for this company. Obviously the less option being exercised, the more they'll be able to acquire these shares at a great value (20 cents). Hence, again I believe, we're seeing price suppression below 20 cents to discouraged investors/traders from exercising their option.
