Performance since the capital reduction has been disappointing, even if you take out the value of the PEN distribution the stock is well below the pre-distribution levels. Obviously there is little fresh enthusiasm for the more cashed up and focused company than there was before. Seems like there is a large seller in the market depressing the price.
