If PEN got such a good deal why is their sp going down???
i think that PMH vending their assets that they paid NOTHING for into PEN for 200m shares and reimbursment of all expenses was a great deal. There has been a huge overreaction by the mkt as PMH's sp barely moved on the annoucement of the acquisition yet it has lost over 30% since the divestment.
For a company with nearly $10m in the bank and a huge copper project and others, they are truely undervalued with a mc of approx $40m. There is a lot more cr@p out there with mc's of double PMH's!!!
