    They will also be sent paperwork to fill out so it's not just a case of missing the announcement - they would have to miss the initial announcement, miss the follow up announcement will the Letter to Shareholders then miss the letter that gets sent directly to them

    After that, yes they will be sold

    There is sufficient warning that this is going to happen IMO
