Hi there
A letter advising me of the sale of my NGE shares in an 'Unmarketable parcel sale' unless I indicated that I did not wish them to be sold, was never received as I had moved address (overseas). The letter was almost certainly 'returned to sender'. I have not received any payment for the sold shares either but they have been deleted from my account. Can they be sold if the notification letter was returned? Do you think I have a case to reclaim them? After all these years, they are now worth three times what I paid and I feel like I've been robbed.
Appreciate any advice.
