Basically it is company making a success of charging $5 per delivery with items to be collected from elsewhere and not even 24/7.

MB talked about the possibility of amortizing the cost by charging for OurPAD on a monthly basis eg $5 per month. A Foxtel box was used as an example.

So, would a shopper rather pay $5 per delivery to collect items elsewhere between 9-5, or would the rather pay $5 per month to have items delivered to their home everytime?

I guess the answer lies with how much online shopping the individual does. Frequent shoppers would prefer the OurPAD. Infrequent ones would make do with Parcel Lockers or PO counters. However with the increase in online shopping, OurPAD should become an increasingly viable option, even though it will take time.
