    Yes, the Chinese want an SOE to develop the Mbalam project.
    They also want Sundance for peanuts and will do anything to achieve that. They do not care about a fair price.

    In the meantime they can complain about BHP buying 0.1m tonnes on the spot market, made up of almost 1 billion tonnes per annum!
