charchar - i'd say the vote has little impact on igas. although asset allocators are short uk equities at the moment (and ftse will probably bounce on a 'no' vote), igas is incredibly low beta. in fact, as you rightly suggest, a 'yes' vote is a positive for igas as england and scotland will push to develop their own resources.
if you were a market maker and a bunch of marginal asx holders were about to shyt all their new igas shares on you, do you think you'd position yourself long?
other small factor is brent which has been sliding. risked 2p SoP is about 60-70p, rest is mainly just shale fluff.
