I have been told by a prominent mae investor....

1. Company has organised accounts for the past two years to be completed and audited

2. A prominent investment house will inject funds into mae. Will become its jv partner.Sees value in MAE assets.

3. Anticipated relisting around August/Sept timeframe

4. New con note funds have provided cash for short term activities

5. Well activity has recommenced.

6. Creditors have accepted payment terms.

Its now a matter of waiting for official company news.

The above is not confirmed as yet.BUT its looking very promising indeed. MAE will relist......fact!
