The more I think about this 2nd CU - the more I get sick of it - Why ?
MLI has spent the bulk of the $21m (from the net sale proceeds from DRDGold) and now left with only $7.3m - I believe these missing monies have gone into the development costs of its remaining SA assets, which DRDGold is now buying. Guess what - the present offer does refund any of these monies spent, which effectively means DRDGold is now taking back a huge amount of their net sale proceeds back !!!!
How ridiculous !!!
MLI's board of directors should not waste anymore time & monies on this ridiculous offer and just reject it out-right now. Pls give green to this thread (as an unofficial vote on DRDGold's offer) if you agree to reject the offer.
MLI's sp can do better without this over hanging ridiculous offer IMO
