I just do not get why people are just sitting waiting for a vote if they are not happy! Send the complaint to ASX and ASIC. Make it clear you are not happy. Pick up the phone and call ASIC as well. Get this stuff documented. Do not just rely on a proxy being held in which the company is looking at online votes as they are being made now and calling around asking people who they are voting so they can get a heads up on their next move. The way you do anything is the way you do everything... if you are not happy make it known to the right people... it all matters!
