Oh man that is so dishonest, firstly lets be clear that this is a measure of cost of weather impacts as a percentage of Global GDP for the period 1990 to 2019 - what happens if you added up the underlying numbers, the actual costs, because you know that during that period global GDP grew considerably?? Imagine that, this is a typical deceit. Here let me put another line through it that is equally as valid... the costs are rising, as is the costs as a percentage of GDP over the short term - the consequences are coming to bear.
