its "feasible to scale up" does not mean it will work upon scale up. That might explain why its been so hard to sell, i mean if what you say is real then this should be much higher and you would not have needed to flog 2c shares to all and sundry and LYA would have put up $1 even Kos put in a $1.
but you choose not to see that, seems to me the consultants do what they do best. anything is possible, just keep the fees rolling in, like kos in a way.
further go ask RWE in germany about that, i am sure you are fully aware.
regarding 2.4c, well depends on what line the supporting broker wants to hold. i have no control over that.
