the problem with your 'easy fix' ------------- is that 'easy' isn't 'simple' - they are quite different
your 'fix' is impossible in a free society --------------- end of story ------------ and, it would be as politically salable as giving away free biscuits made of syphilis spirochetes on street corners
there's only a few real ways to change culture from what we have - an aggressive violent culture -
1. education - real education
2. increase true wealth - have less poverty and far less wealth concentration
3. mass advertising - make it very socially unacceptable
