one can even see it on here in HC - when one sees posts that threaten violence --
they are always uneducated peanuts
a society needs education - education in the classics -------------- even if it's only a few years in simple stuff --------
classical education and good educators ---------- real lessons sink in - then, we have even thick heads with philosophical ideas in their heads instead of football and headbutting in their heads
Oz is terribly lacking in classical education -------------- America has got much classical education - but, their system restricts it from the poor in society - so, even though it's in country - it's unavailable - unless one gets scholarships or similar ------------- but, in general if a kid is bright enough to get scholarships - then, they probably aren't violent types anyway
it's the boofheads who are the problem - the uneducated boofheads
from what I see - we cannot fix our DNA - intelligence flows down the maternal line - BUT, we can educate - and, philosophy can be taught to dumb people - but, it's got to be a constant stream - an 'actual' education
at the same time - they learn to take out anger and frustrations in a variety of healthy ways - art for example
I've seen some very agro artists --------- some about as bright as a sledgehammer - some, extraordinarily intelligent -
their anger came out on canvas, or in the kiln, or on a block of stone --------- not in fists on faces
our governments go out of their way to stifle healthy ways of dealing with the frustrations and anger that comes from poverty - the same poverty that their restrictions on education creates in the first place
