I grew up in a particularly violent area of Melbourne and saw lots of children who were violent at school, grow into very violent adults. The two main factors that influenced their behaviour was a violent, dysfunctional home and low IQ. You can’t educate idiots, violence is already socially unacceptable amongst people who are emotionally evolved and adverts on tv aren’t going to change the minds of thugs.
