No I'd say LUM management are the ones who failed LUM. How on earth can you go blaming others for their lack of selling ability? Is it a coincidence that none of these other successful companies could sell LUM signage and advertising space? I dont think so. LUM management make the decisions. LUM managament got their pay packets. LUM management didn't want to absorb the fact that their signs were inferior and they wanted too much for them and the advertising rates. There is the bottom line.
