unquoted options

Does anyone know who owns the unquoted options?

Could they be MOD's or the current directors?

There were 28,625 exercised in today's announcement for 0.001, a mere $28.62 worth, however further in the announcement there are details of a further 82 million of these options also able to be exercised at 0.001. That's over 10% of the company available for only $82,000, or am I missing something?

Any info would be appreciated.
