This Mark Hawthorne guy really seems to dig and dig.

So, so many incestuous layers of shadowy shareholdings, multiple nominees in tax havens, insiders & outsiders that the corporate structure/governance/history and just the basic understanding of what is happening with this company is beyond the opaqueness of opaque and wrapped in a riddle to boot.

One would have to ask why? Surely there cannot be ethical, legit reasons for such as corporate structure and history.

If anyone knows, can they please explain it slowly, and clearly to me because I just don't get it.

Does anyone know the address of the London office? I am down there next week, may drop by to see if ol' Roderick is there. (I live in UK, atm)

Surely, this needs an ASX ann. now, if it didn't already before.

And as I said before, I have the old gut feeling that Roderick's HC experiment may be over.
