I can't understand why people make it so difficult.
A. You do your research and you decide the stock is worth buying.
B. You do your research and decide the stock is not worth buying.
In reality its really pretty simple. It's not up to the directors to lead you hand and hand with your investment decision. If you don't like the way the companies run don't buy the stock.
