Hi Folks,
I have done a fair bit of work in business structuring in the past. Generally if I was to get a nominee involved it would be to get around controlling shareholder regulations, and also for tax effectiveness.
Would suggest in the case of GGG both of the above apply.
In particular, it would appear that the 20% beneficial ownership threshold is looking pretty well tested in this case!
