Citigroup -global australia sued King and White re margin loans and has just recently 16th April become a substantial Custodian Holder.of HAP ..Paul Manka {DEP CEO OCV} is listed on ASX a non exec Director and HAP is related to or part of HFA which was MFS hedge Fund. May be seperate now.

CVC Asia Pacific apparently related to Citigroup bought 65% of the Stella business, sold under duress after margin loans became payable by King, White and Manka.

What does "Custodian Holding" mean here?
Does it mean they hold margin loans on HAP?
Could this effect listing price of OCV as this Citigroup seem to have a lot to do with our cos margin loans.
