unravelling whats left and how it impacts ocv, page-14

Hello Seamisty,
I have jumped from assumption to next guess in this thread and dont hint at any wrong dooing as the titbits of info probably are regular business steps.
It is getting interesting but maybe well off track to what actually happens.Who knows?
In my opinion though it does show interest in OCV and we should not be so worried.
There seems to be some knowlegable people in all camps and they should see the best way forward.
I feel out of my depth to say much more.
